These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Evano website and buying our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Evano creates custom-made clothing for women. Product photos, descriptions, and size guides are provided to help you choose. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Full payment is required at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Production & Delivery

Every piece is made after your payment is confirmed. Production takes up to 14 days. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you using the details you provided to arrange delivery.

Delivery fees are not included in your checkout total and must be paid separately. The delivery fee will be communicated when we arrange delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Contact us within that period so we can arrange the return.

Website Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, or use Evano's content, branding, or product images without permission.

Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
